Festival Returns to Lakeside Park
If you’re looking for a lively event with a track record for good taste, circle September 16, 2012 on your calendar.
That’s the date the Great Saskatchewan Mustard Festival returns to Regina’s Wascana Park.
Past festivals drew up to 400 people interested in stimulating their senses with the flavor, aroma, sight and texture of mustard, and a live band.
The event celebrates the creativity of chefs and our province’s prowess as a world leader for exporting mustard.
Several restaurants join forces for the family gathering near The Willow on Wascana on the Queen City’s picturesque lake from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the September Sunday.
For further details about the festival sponsored by the Saskatchewan Mustard Development Commission, Great Western Brewing Company, French’s Mustard, Mott’s, and Nathan’s Famous Hot Dogs, watch this website, and follow us on Facebook and Twitter.
